SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PRODUCT INTEGRITY POLICY

 

1. Scope and Application

This Shipping, Delivery and Product Integrity Policy (“Policy”) governs the dispatch, delivery, and condition of Products supplied by Lionheart Research Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order through our website, you (“Customer”, “Buyer”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays in England and Wales.

Our daily order cut-off time is 13:00 (1pm) on working days.

Orders for which cleared payment is received before 13:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

Orders for which cleared payment is received after 13:00, or on non-working days, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch confirmation will be issued once the order has been transferred to the delivery carrier.

 

3. Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature as our primary delivery service.

 

3.1 Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charge is £5.00 per order for orders up to £100.00

Free delivery on orders of £100 or more

Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any other non-mainland addresses may require additional postage fees. In that situation, we will contact you with further details.

 

3.2 Service Characteristics

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature is a tracked service that provides:

End-to-end parcel tracking

Signature upon delivery

Photographic confirmation of delivery

The service generally aims for next-working-day delivery; however, this is not a guaranteed service.

 

3.3 Delivery Days

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Sunday delivery may be available in certain areas but is dependent on Royal Mail routing and location-specific availability.

Deliveries are typically completed by 19:30.

Public and local holidays are generally excluded from delivery schedules.

 

4. Customer Responsibility for Receipt

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

A person is available at the designated delivery address to accept and sign for the parcel; and

The delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

We shall not be liable for delays, redelivery charges or loss arising from incorrect address details supplied by the Customer.

 

5. Transit Delays and Lost Parcels

While we aim to ensure prompt dispatch, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

In the event of a transit delay:

We cannot issue a refund or dispatch a replacement until the parcel is either returned to us, officially declared lost by Royal Mail, or has shown no tracking movement for a prolonged and verified period.
