By purchasing Products, you represent and warrant that:

Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch.

A contract is formed only once we accept and process your order.

 

10. Shipping, Delivery and Product Integrity

Dispatch:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays in England and Wales.

Our daily order cut-off time is 13:00 (1pm) on working days.

Orders for which cleared payment is received before 13:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

Orders for which cleared payment is received after 13:00 or on non-working days, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch confirmation will be issued once the order has been transferred to the delivery carrier.

 

Delivery:

Products are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature.

Delivery is generally Monday–Saturday, with Sunday available in limited areas.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

Customer Responsibility:

Provide accurate delivery details.

Ensure someone is present to accept delivery.

We will not be held responsible for parcels instructed to be left in a safe pace or redirected to a neighbour.

We are not responsible for delays, transit damage or parcels delivered to freight forwarders.

 

Product Integrity:

All Products are quality-checked and securely sealed prior to dispatch.

Risk passes to the Customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier.

We are not liable for damage, leakage or degradation caused during transit or due to post-delivery storage.

 

Damaged Items:

Report within 48 hours with order number and clear photographs.

Claims are reviewed case-by-case at the Company’s discretion.

 

11. Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of research-grade compounds, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on purchased Products.
Purchasing Products constitutes your acceptance of this condition.

 

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Website or placing an order, you consent to collection, storage and processing of your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and uses WooCommerce as the e-commerce platform.

  • QUIC.cloud CDN: We use QUIC.cloud (operated by LiteSpeed Technologies Inc.) to provide a faster, more secure website. QUIC.cloud processes visitor IP addresses and browser metadata to route traffic to the nearest server and to protect our site from malicious attacks (DDoS and WAF).
  • Hostinger, WooCommerce, and QUIC.cloud act as data processors on our behalf, processing data solely to enable website functionality, order processing and security.
  • WhatsApp communications are processed through a third-party communications provider. We do not permit these providers to use personal data for their own marketing or independent purposes.

Personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is retained only for order processing, delivery and legal compliance.

 

13. No Warranties

All Products and Website services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
